CALUM BOGGS
FILMMAKER I PHOTOGRAPHER
ABOUT ME:
I’m a independent filmmaker and photographer from Ireland. I made my first short film at the beginning of 2022 titled, “Who We Are Tomorrow”. I like to explore culture and lifestyle to understand what makes us live like humans in this modern world, from the past to present to understand this world more and more. I got into filmmaking after studying art and design and learning that my voice is its strongest through the visual media of film and photography.
Through my work, I explore the raw emotions and intricate stories that make up the human experience, capturing moments that speak beyond words. Through the frames of my short films, I aim to convey depth, authenticity, and a unique perspective on the world around me.
IT TAKES TWO
When Violet invites her partner Laurie over, determined to confront the growing distance between them. What begins as a thoughtful, honest conversation soon unravels into a tense and emotional exchange, as long-suppressed feelings and unspoken truths rise to the surface. As the night unfolds, Violet and Laurie are forced to face the reality of their relationship and the painful question of is love ever enough.
