When Violet invites her partner Laurie over, determined to confront the growing distance between them. What begins as a thoughtful, honest conversation soon unravels into a tense and emotional exchange, as long-suppressed feelings and unspoken truths rise to the surface. As the night unfolds, Violet and Laurie are forced to face the reality of their relationship and the painful question of is love ever enough.

“PEOPLE LIKE US”, follows William, a man born and raised in Northern Ireland, as he reflects on his life, he looks back on the culture of his home and how the people he spent majority of his time with helped mold him into the man he is today.
